Home Visits

Doctor's bagIf we can see you at the practice we have the best facilities to help you. We have disabled parking spaces by the back door and you don't need a disabled badge to use these if you are unwell.

If you are too ill to come to the practice, we will ask you to speak to a doctor to arrange a visit at home. If you phone early in the day (before 9.00am if you can) we can visit you sooner.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
